1. User Agreement1.1 By commissioning artwork from me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms described within this agreement.1.2 I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of payment will apply to the current commission.

2. Scope of Work2.1 I will create digital artwork based on your specifications, including original characters, fanart, pets, anthros, complex mechs and armor, action scenes, gore, et merda.2.2 I will not create work depicting pornographic or offensive content.2.3 I only work with finished character designs, so you must include a reference image in PNG format within the order form.2.4 To ensure the final artwork meets expectations, I encourage you to also provide reference images in PNG format for other desired visual elements as necessary, including poses, lighting, and backgrounds.2.5 I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason.

3. Contact & Communication3.1 Communication is done through email.3.2 You are expected to provide clear and concise information when filling out the order form and when responding to messages, and to do so in a timely, professional manner.3.3 I will make reasonable efforts to respond within 3 business days.3.4 Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in cancellation of your commission without refund.

4. Payment4.1 Payments are done 100% upfront in USD via PayPal.4.2 Do not send any kind of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission.4.3 If payment is not made within 72hrs after the commission is accepted, I will cancel your order. Please notify me of any delays.4.4 Payments are non-refundable after I begin work on your commission.4.5 You may not issue a chargeback for any reason.4.6 In the event that I have to cancel your commission due to circumstances outside my control, you will receive a full refund.

5. Commission Process5.1 When filling out the order form provided, ensure all information is accurate and complete. Only submit one order per form. For multiple orders, you may send up to three forms in one email. Any questions can be included within the notes section.5.1.1 If your commission features a real person or pet, you still have to list the character designer, sorry to say /j5.2 I may take up to 3 business days to respond to your order inquiry.5.3 After payment is completed, you will be notified when I start work on your commission.5.4 Once the concept sketch is sent for approval, you have 72hrs to review and provide feedback. If no response is received within this timeframe, I will proceed work without your input.5.5 The finished commission will be delivered digitally in PNG format within 1-4 weeks after payment. Times may vary depending on the commission complexity, current workload, and timeliness of your responses. You will be notified of any delays.5.6 You may set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be no less than 2 weeks and disclosed prior to payment.

6. Revisions & Feedback6.1 I will provide progress updates as I see fit. However, you are free to request additional updates at any reasonable point during the commission process.6.2 Up to three major revisions can be made during the sketching phase. Once the concept sketch is approved, only minor adjustments can be requested unless a fee is paid.6.3 It is up to my discretion as to whether a revision is major or minor.6.4 Mistakes in the artwork caused by inaccurate depiction of the information provided in the initial order form are exempt from revision limits. Such will be fixed free of charge.6.5 Lack of communication on your part will be taken as implicit approval of the work's current state. I am not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the final artwork if no feedback was provided.6.6 I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.

7. Privacy of Information7.1 Any personal information shared during the commission process will be kept confidential and used only for communication and delivery purposes.

8. Copyright & Usage Policy8.1 I, as the artist, retain full ownership and rights to all commissioned artworks.8.1.1 I may upload the artwork to my social platforms and other websites, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.8.1.2 I may reproduce the commissioned artwork.8.1.3 I may stream, record, or otherwise share the creation process.8.1.4 I may edit, remake, or create derivative works of the artwork.8.1.5 I may use the artwork for promotional purposes.8.2 You, as the client, may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only.8.2.1 You may use the artwork as an avatar, profile picture, banner, device wallpaper, et merda.8.2.2 You may upload the artwork to your social platforms, with visible credit.8.2.3 You may print out or otherwise physically reproduce the artwork for non-commercial use.8.2.4 You may use the artwork as a study reference.8.2.5 You may modify the commissioned artwork to your liking. However, you may not distribute or publicly display any altered version of the artwork.8.2.6 You are not permitted to claim the artwork as your own.8.2.7 You are not permitted to use the commissioned work in any technology related to non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or AI.8.3 All depicted characters remain copyrighted to their respective owners.
